  • Athletes gain a mental and physical edge by experiencing rigorous workouts that will benefit them on the court/playing field
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who teaches student-athletes applicable information that increases athletic abilities while promoting lifelong fitness
  • CWHS weight room offers a safe and optimal learning environment for each individual athlete and team
