Total CSF Semester Counts by ID number (Spreadsheet is updated two weeks after registration closes)
Spring and Fall Application Information
Important Reminder: In CSF, students can only apply for semester credit AFTER they have received grades for that semester.
Spring 2024 application period will be 8/26/24 - 9/6/24 midnight. Application link below will be shared via this site and English classes and be live during the above window only:
Beginning the week of 9/23/24 parents and applicants may open the Total CSF Semester Count link to check for the most current qualifying student ID numbers organized by grad year and semester number. If a student has been denied membership, an email will be sent to the cusdstudent email address and a refund will be issued.
Fall 2024 application period will be 3/3/25-3/14/25 midnight. Application link below will be shared via this site and English classes and be live during the above window only:
Beginning the week of 3/31/25 parents and applicants may open the Total CSF Semester Count link to check for the most current qualifying student ID numbers organized by grad year and semester number. If a student has been denied membership, an email will be sent to the cusdstudent email address and a refund will be issued.
Membership Fee
Clovis West CSF membership is $10. Fees will be accepted after each application deadline, but applications cannot.
Students may bring $10 cash or check made to Clovis West Foundation/CSF to Mrs. Avery in room J3 outside of class time.
Students may also pay by credit/debit card via the link at the bottom of the application. (please note that there is a $1 service charge for online payments).
