Intervention
Intervention Schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.
Intervention is open to all students and provides help for any subject.
Intervention goes until 5:40p.m. The late "recreation bus" picks up at Clovis West at 5:50p.m in the Teague Parking Lot by the tennis courts.
This schedule also includes labs for Math, Science, and World language for a more tailored approach to intervention in those content areas.
Monday:
Math Tutoring

How do you sign up?
- World Language Labs- Students connect with their teacher to make up any work and work on missing assignments.
- PE Make-Ups- Show up to the west gym the day of the makeup.
- Math Tutoring- Show up to the correct class for the subject needed. Counselors, Math Teachers, and the Math Learning Director all have a list of student math tutors.
- Tutor.com- Tutor.com is a free service offered 24/7, the link on clever.
Additional Supports and Hour Information.
- National Honor Society (NHS) – Tutors available for all subjects: Contact Katy Merrill.
- Science – Office hours: Students needing additional time must make an appointment with the teacher.
- Social Science- Pre-arranged office hours to be scheduled with teacher.
- English - Pre-arranged office hours to be scheduled with teacher.
- World Language-Pre-arranged office hours to be scheduled with teacher.
