We are looking forward to our Homecoming Dance on Saturday, September 19, 2026.  The Homecoming Dance will take place from 7:00pm-10:00pm in the Clovis West East Gym.  We will NOT be selling tickets at the door, so it is very important you purchase your tickets ahead of time. 
Tickets
Tickets  will be on sale through Go Fan soon and will close on Thursday, September 17th at 11:59pm.  Students may also purchase tickets in person from September 14th-18th during lunch at the Main Office Attendance Window. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
Dance Contracts
Dance contracts were completed and approved during the Annual Enrollment Update.  There is no need to pick up any additional forms UNLESS you need a guest pass. 
Guest Passes (available now)
Guest Passes are available outside the Activities Office and are attached to this post.  They must be turned in to the SRC by Monday, September 14th at 3:30pm.
 • Once approved, the CW student must pick up a guest access code for their guest from the Activities Office.

Eligibility Requirements (No Access Criteria)
 Students must:

• Have no SRC hours owed.  Be sure to check your student connect for hours owed. All hours must be completed by Monday, September 14th.
• Have no more than one F on the 2026 Semester 2 Grading Period
• Maintain a 2.0+ GPA on the 2026 Semester 2 Grading Period
• Not be on the non-privilege list

Additional Details

• Arrive by 8:00pm; no early exit before 9:30pm
• Physical or live digital ID required at check-in for CW students and guests
• Dress code information is attached
• To make the check in process efficient, a clear bag is recommended, but not required.  

Accessing Purchased Tickets

• Download the Go Fan app using the email address you purchased your ticket.
• Have your ticket and Live digital ID ready when checking in at the door.
