Good morning,
We are looking forward to Prom in just a few weeks on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025.  We will NOT be selling tickets at the door, so it is very important you purchase your tickets ahead of time.  Prom will take place on Saturday, May 3rd from 7:00pm-10:00pm at Holland Park West.  

Purchasing Tickets:There are a few ways to purchase.  Tickets are $65 per person and $60 with the Activities Pass. 

1. Online- CWHS Prom | Clovis Unified School District This link will close on Friday, May 2nd at 11:59pm.
2. Cash or Check- We will be selling tickets during lunch at the attendance windows in the Main Office on Thursday, May 1st and Friday, May 2nd.  Checks need to be made out to Clovis Unified School District with Clovis West Prom 2025 on the memo line.  

Dance Contracts: Dance contracts were completed and approved during the Annual Enrollment Update.  There is no need to pick up any additional forms unless you need a guest pass. 

Guest Passes: If you are planning on bringing a guest who does not attend Clovis West, they must complete a guest pass contract.  These contracts are available outside the Activities office in the K Building.  Guest passes are due no later than Wednesday, April 30th at 3:30pm to the SRC.  No exceptions! 
 
Other Information:

• This is a junior and senior dance only.  If a CW freshman or sophomore student is planning to attend, the junior/senior CW student they plan on attending the dance with must purchase their ticket.  You will not need a guest pass for a CW freshman or sophomore to attend, but all CW students must be in good standing with the SRC.
• Students must be in good standing with the SRC.  This means: 
  • Students cannot owe any hours to the SRC.
  • Students did not receive more than 1 F on the Semester Two 6-week Progress Report.  
  • Students did not have below a 2.0 GPA on the Semester Two 6-week Progress Report.  
  • Students cannot be on the non-privilege list.  
  • Student absences cannot exceed 15% of total enrolled days.
• Students not in good standing will receive a notice asking them to stop by the SRC.
• Students must arrive by 8:00pm.  Students will not be allowed to leave until 9:30pm. 
• Dress code information is attached.
• Students must have their digital ID on Student Connect to enter the dance.
