Clovis West High School

We are looking forward to our Winter’s Ball Formal Dance in just a few weeks on Saturday, January 18th, 2025.  We will NOT be selling tickets at the door, so it is very important you purchase your tickets ahead of time.  The Formal Dance will take place on Saturday, January 18th from 7:00pm-10:00pm in the CW West Gym.  
 
Purchasing Tickets: There are a few ways to purchase.  Tickets are $45 per person and $40 with the Activities Pass.

CWHS Winter Formal | Clovis Unified School District
Cash or Check- We will be selling tickets during lunch at the attendance windows in the Main Office on January 16th and 17th.  Checks need to be made out to Clovis Unified School District with Clovis West Formal 2025 on the memo line.  
Dance Contracts: Dance contracts were completed and approved during the Annual Enrollment Update.  There is no need to pick up any additional forms UNLESS you need a guest pass. 
 
Guest Passes: If you are planning on bringing a guest who does not attend Clovis West, they must complete a guest pass contract.  These contracts are available outside the Activities office in the K Building.  There is also a copy attached.  Guest passes are due no later than Wednesday, January 15th at 3:30pm to the SRC.  No exceptions! 
 
Other Information:

Students must be in good standing with the SRC.  This means: 
Students cannot owe any hours to the SRC.
Students did not receive more than 1 F on the Semester One 12-week Progress Report. 
Students did not have below a 2.0 GPA on the Semester One 12-week Progress Report. 
Students cannot be on the non-privilege list.  
Student absences cannot exceed 15% of total enrolled days.
Please check your ID on Student Connect before purchasing a ticket to ensure you are not on the No Access List. 
Students must arrive by 8:00pm.  Students will not be allowed to leave until 9:30pm. 
Students and guests must have their ID on Student Connect or a physical ID to enter the dance.
