Summer School 2022-2023

Summer School 2022 is being held at Clovis West High School, located at 1070 E. Teague Ave Fresno, 93720. 
Students who earned a D or F grade during 2nd semester MUST contact their counselor to add or adjust their summer school enrollment.

Summer school courses will be taught "In-Person," OR "Independent Study."

In-person: June 13th - July 21st
Independent Study: June 7th - July 20th

Summer Programs

Summer programs are a great way for students to gain exposure in career fields and industries they are interested in, as well as having the opportunity to spend time on college campuses. Below are some opportunities for students to explore for Summer 2022.

University of Delaware Edge Summer Program

The Edge summer college program at the University of Delaware offer exclusive opportunities to engaged and talented high school sophomores and juniors across the country. Students have the chance to live and learn on one of the most engaging college campuses on the East Coast.
Cost: $4,900 (+ $60 application fee)
Application Deadline: May 1, 2022

Inspirit AI

Norwich University Future Leader Camp

FLC is a two-week, military-style, summertime adventure experience that builds understanding of small-group leadership techniques, leadership ethics, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. Participants will encounter challenge, excitement, and fun. Activities include rappelling, paintball, first-aid, classroom instruction, a challenge course, and more. teams are led by current Norwich University students and professional leaders to ensure expert instruction and a life-changing experiences.
Cost: $1,975
Application Deadline: June 11th

University of Michigan

The Joy of Coding is an online course specially created for anyone who wants to experience first-hand the power and thrill of coding computers to do amazing things. Created with high school students in mind, it is a great way for anyone to step into the wondrous world of coding. Using Python, students will learn how coding powers apps such as Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, and Siti, and even learn how to code their own versions of Snapchat lenses.
Cost: $99 + tax
Application Deadline: April 30th, 2022
