Report an Absence using Parent Connection

Off Campus Passes:
- If your child is being signed out, they MUST pick up their pass from front office. If they are returning to school from an appointment, they MUST come back into front office and sign back in.
- Please NO call outs after 3:00 pm. School is dismissed at 3:19 pm.
- Passes for appointments can be requested online by logging on to Parent Connect. Click> Report Absence. Enter the specific time that your student needs to be dismissed from class. Your student must pick up their off-campus pass and check out in the main office before leaving. If they do not check out with us, their absence will be considered unexcused.
- You may also call-in advance (3 hours or more) to have your student pick up their pass in the main office. (This excludes seniors off campus lunch pass). The 24hour attendance hotline is also an option @ 327-2251.
- If you plan to pull your child out during their PE class, please give yourself an extra 15-20 mins. of waiting time from when you arrive in the front office until your child is dismissed from PE. With PE classes held all over campus, it does take some time to locate their class.
